  7. How do electrons give off photons of light when heated?

  9. Who developed the Electron-Cloud Model of the atom?  What is it?
  10. What instrument can be used when light energies are so similar that it is difficult to discern between them?  Explain what happens to an atom to produce a color in a burner flame.
