ELEMENTARY HOMEWORK
WRITING:
Please practice the poem they chose with them in small sections, 3 times in a row on 3 different days. They will be working to memorize their poem for about 6 weeks.
WRITING:
- Could your mom be a secret super hero? Write about a super-power that your mom has or anything that makes her special! You can just tell about it or you can tell a story about it or make one up! (Here is a video of someone reading the book we read in class to inspire you again if you forgot: My Mom Has X-Ray Vision)
- Use your best spelling, but don’t let it slow you down too much. Length: 1st-2nd grade, 3-5 sentences. 3rd grade and older, 6+ sentences. Parents can transcribe what the student says; please keep their words.
- Blue, Yellow, and Orange Books: Do pages 21, 22, 23
